- Description: 180 Degrees Consulting is the worlds' largest consulting association university-based. 180DC focuses on strategic consulting for social enterprises, NGOs, non-profits and for-profit enterprises with a high social impact. After a 3-stage recruitment process, I was assigned as a strategy consultant on the "Horus Technology" project.
Responsibilities: carrying out market analyses; developing of strategic KPIs; formulating market penetration strategies; presenting our findings and reporting to the company.
Achievements: successfully delivered our output in six months; prepared the company to launch their product across European countries; provided the company with the required material to successfully conclude a funding round.
Reason for leaving: elected marketing and events director in the board of the 180 DC's Milan branch.
