Description: elected consulting director for 180 Degrees Consulting Bocconi in February 2017. Responsibilities: selling projects to clients; training entry-level consultants; supervising 6 consulting projects; setting up and monitoring of KPIs; leading and managing the sales team; reviewing deliverables. Achievements: closed deals for 5 projects; successfully delivered to clients within deadlines; 180DC Bocconi won the title of best EMEA branch in September 2017. Reason for leaving: moved to Stockholm.
Description: worked as an intern for the Italian Permanent Mission at the United Nations in Geneva, Human rights section. In particular, I took part in the 33rd session of the Human Rights Council, the 26th session of Universal Periodic Review and attended the 3rd session of the Forum on Business and Human Rights. Responsibilities: attending diplomatic meetings, international conferences and multilateral negotiations; assisting delegates in their daily tasks; carrying out research and drafting reports for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on issues of international cooperation and human rights protection. Achievements: gained a deep understanding of the functioning of the UN; acquired experience in international negotiations; scored maximum in satisfaction reports drafted by my supervisors. Reason for leaving: end of internship (permanent positions are accessible only through public examination).
Description: Sphynx Records was an independent digital record label, releasing original music worldwide. Responsibilities: business development (responsibel for strategic placement; market analysises; brand developement; revenue streams; cost structure); public relations; A&R logistic management; team management. Achievements: closed partnerships with online distributors; successfully signed 50+ artists; released a total of 70 tracks on digital stores; developed a sustainable revenue model. Reason for leaving: started working on a parallel project, namely "Maxify".
Description: CRC Lex is a legal office based in Milan. In particular, I operated in the field of transaction management and due diligence. Responsibilities: assist attorneys in their practices and structure plans on how to decrease due diligence-related costs. Reason for leaving: moved to Geneva.
Description: elected marketing and events director for 180 Degrees Consulting Bocconi in September 2015. Responsibilities: planning and organizing events; managing social platforms; increasing number of applicants; preparing marketing material; on-field networking (growing the external network of 180DC in Northen Italy); managing a marketing team of 4 people. Achievements: organized 6 events; increased social platform reach by 3x; increased number of applicants by 2.5x; largely expanded the network of 180DC Bocconi in the area of Milan. Reason for leaving: elected consulting director.
Description: 180 Degrees Consulting is the worlds' largest consulting association university-based. 180DC focuses on strategic consulting for social enterprises, NGOs, non-profits and for-profit enterprises with a high social impact. After a 3-stage recruitment process, I was assigned as a strategy consultant on the "Horus Technology" project. Responsibilities: carrying out market analyses; developing of strategic KPIs; formulating market penetration strategies; presenting our findings and reporting to the company. Achievements: successfully delivered our output in six months; prepared the company to launch their product across European countries; provided the company with the required material to successfully conclude a funding round. Reason for leaving: elected marketing and events director in the board of the 180 DC's Milan branch.
