Several years spent on the most challenging field conditions and postings made me develop a great adaptation capacity, a good personal organization, and meaningful technical and human know-hows. Mobility is a key feature of my personal development project and with it comes the quick discovery and fitting in new professional environments. I am capable of leading, motivating the teams under my supervision into the human adventure of completing a project, even impossible.
Identified rural communities affected by the Ebola epidemics and assessed their capacities in benefiting from livelihood and agro-economic recovery donations and training, in coordination with local farmer unions and corporations.
Evaluated the needs in terms of donations and support needed and planned the activities, procurement and logistics processes accordingly.
Produced a body of recommendations to improve the structure and running of the DRC party.
Coordinated the awareness and outreach teams for French Red Cross, and ensured action was consistent with local health institutions practices and Red-Cross Society standards.
Analyse and produce a set of recommandations about the disaster recovery, risk mitigation and climate change activities in the coastal areas of Bangladesh
