Several years spent on the most challenging field conditions and postings made me develop a great adaptation capacity, a good personal organization, and meaningful technical and human know-hows. Mobility is a key feature of my personal development project and with it comes the quick discovery and fitting in new professional environments. I am capable of leading, motivating the teams under my supervision into the human adventure of completing a project, even impossible.
Prepared the road-map to recruit and follow-up several thousands participants in a major vaccine trial in the wake of the Ebola epidemics.
Prepared the guidelines, tools and contents for internal and external communication.

Detailed Description
The Ebola vaccine trial implemented by Alima, in consortium with tropical medicine institutes from UK, France, and the US, and pharmaceutical labs is a ambitious, unique project aiming at defining the real immunization and side effects of a vaccine.
The projects aims at recruiting and following-up several thousands volunteers over a time span of 5 years.
