Main case projects: Case #1: Diamond Foods, Inc. Role: Leader of the finance team of 4 students. A comprehensive project on the strategy of an existing company in a challenging business environment. Aim: successful market expansion with a new product. Included: Change implementation, KPIs, HRM strategy, creation of relevant accounting records, ROIC, WACC, NOPAT, market research, and conflict-handling. Case #2: The Robin Hood Foundation. My team got engaged in a deep cost-benefit analysis in order to distribute grants to nonprofit organizations as efficiently as possible.
