- Worked as Business/IT/Project Management Independent Consultant on short term tasks mainly:
- EU (European Union) / JEDCO (Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation);
- o Did a Business Analysis/IT review that studied current status and future plans and aligned them with the organization plans.
- o Developed the IT department organization chart including the writing the job descriptions.
- o Delivered papers on KMS(Knowledge Management System), CRM(Customer Relation Management), IC(Information Center) and how they should be integrated.
- o Delivered a paper on PMO (Project Management Office) and a workshop why and how to set it up.
- Intiqaa (Jordan) – Outsourced HR company; studied the need for an application to handle the Resumes database for the company for their clients, application analysis and design. Also managed the production of the application and documentation.
- Deloitte (Yemen); Studied the financial part of new tender to upgrade and replace banking system of a national bank in Yemen.
