I am a Board of Honour Graduate from Nova SBE, currently taking my Masters in International Management by CEMS MIM, specialising in Digital Business. After 3 years of different business experiences in Business Development and Account Management, I am currently looking for my first job after graduation, in September 2018, in either Project/Product Management, Business Development, or Digital Marketing roles.
As Tech Recruiter, I was responsible for providing our employers with outstanding tech talent, matching tech professionals goals with companies ranging from Big 4 Consulting firms to early-stage start-ups. This involved reviewing over 700 applications, and several other interviews and meetings with both candidates and employers. In the end, I succeeded in surpassing the hiring goals, showing a steep learning curve.
As a side project, I was also responsible for reviewing over 2200 registrations for the Landing.jobs Festival, so as to select the final 1500 top talents attending the event, both through code challenges and profile review.
