I am a Board of Honour Graduate from Nova SBE, currently taking my Masters in International Management by CEMS MIM, specialising in Digital Business. After 3 years of different business experiences in Business Development and Account Management, I am currently looking for my first job after graduation, in September 2018, in either Project/Product Management, Business Development, or Digital Marketing roles.
After my term as Social Projects Director, the members of the AIESEC local chapter in Nova University elected me to lead the Executive Board for the 2014.2015 term. By leading 7 Directors for different areas, and overseeing +50 students who were part of our team, I was able to steer them through a 20% growth in operational results (international exchange experiences provided) and a 40% growth in Net Worth. We were also able to inspire them to apply for higher roles, increasing retention and leading to a nearly doubling of internal applications for new positions.
