Systematical creation of the content on the website and motivating the communities for creating the projects on the platform (webinars, books, translations, projects' management, marketing)
Company Description
I was creating projects within the large poker community in Russia Pokeroff.ru where I had to cooperate and communicate with the many stakeholders and work with project planning on cross-functional projects. The primary idea was to support and to develop projects that would create additional content for the website and attract users.
I was also participating in lots of internal discussions on website development, and was very much integrated in all the processes on the website. At the same time, I have realized that I lack some of the professional tools for project management. So as a result, I have decided to go back to Europe to study as an e-concept developer. (Finished with "12", max grade.)
