*Convince brands to put their products on our website and catalogue as the French model (proposals, meetings) *Choose the clothes, pictures, brands, styles to put on our website and catalogue with the Collection team
*Launch of new brands on the Chinese market
*Create contracts and organize all the future process
*Check Stock and Production of the partners.

-In charge of the French Collections Production in China(Karl Lagerfeld, Maria Luisa and Charles Anastase)
*Collect all the Orders records and send them to France *Receive the orders in China with all the problems it implies like meeting Chinese customs requirements, content quality control, check if we have delayed products
*Think about new process in order to be faster to deliver the products
*Go to the warehouse once a week to help with the stocks and packages

-In charge of doing Orders analysis for the Chinese Market
*Analysis of the turn over made by Website and Catalogue each month
*Propose a new strategy according to the results to improve sales in China
