At this moment I am finishing my studies in Master in International Management CEMS while volunteering in Volkshilfe Wien in a homeless shelter. I consider myself an idealist who firmly believes that a positive impact can be generated from any business activity. I like to face challenges, work in teams and learn from different perspectives and experiences of other people. My capacity of leadership is focused on quality of work and commitment.
Main tasks: Manage the social organization with its 6 departments and its 59 volunteers. Give motivational speeches in front of 130 volunteers during Winter and Summer Volunteering programs while organizing all logistics of it. Being the direct contact between regional authorities and the Adolfo Ibáñez University (UAI). Skills: leadership, teamwork, resilience, problem solving, public speaking. Acknowledgment: Recognition as one of the most influential Bachelor's Student of UAI during 2017 and 2018.
My experience: I have been a volunteer of this organization since 2015, holding different positions in different areas (Finance and Training departments and General Manager). The empowerment of the volunteers was one of the tasks I enjoyed the most, as personal growth is a key to achieve organizational goals. I am more than grateful for this experience, because it made me develop empathy, purpose-driven goals and leadership.
