Work in the recruitment process of C-Level positions for different Tech companies and Startups in Germany. Provide a proficient service and achievement of goals supporting the Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Team.
Main Tasks: Understanding of customer needs, development of job postings, active search for candidates, resume-screenings, scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates and active communication with them during their interview process with the client company (constant follow-up calls, feedbacks and preparation of candidates before and after the interviews).
