At this moment I am finishing my studies in Master in International Management CEMS while volunteering in Volkshilfe Wien in a homeless shelter. I consider myself an idealist who firmly believes that a positive impact can be generated from any business activity. Work in the recruitment process of C-Level positions for different Tech companies and Startups in Germany. Provide a proficient service and achievement of goals supporting the Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Team.
Main Tasks: Understanding of customer needs, development of job postings, active search for candidates, resume-screenings, scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates and active communication with them during their interview process with the client company (constant follow-up calls, feedbacks and preparation of candidates before and after the interviews).

Main tasks: Manage the social organization with its 6 departments and its 59 volunteers. Give motivational speeches in front of 130 volunteers during Winter and Summer Volunteering programs while organizing all logistics of it. Being the direct contact between regional authorities and the Adolfo Ibáñez University (UAI). Skills: leadership, teamwork, resilience, problem solving, public speaking. Acknowledgment: Recognition as one of the most influential Bachelor's Student of UAI during 2017 and 2018.
My experience: I have been a volunteer of this organization since 2015, holding different positions in different areas (Finance and Training departments and General Manager). The empowerment of the volunteers was one of the tasks I enjoyed the most, as personal growth is a key to achieve organizational goals. I am more than grateful for this experience, because it made me develop empathy, purpose-driven goals and leadership.

My experience: Working in Banco Bice was a lovely experience, where I could test my skills in a goal-oriented company. Resilience, work under pressure and collaboration with other colleagues was key to achieving my goals. My proactivity helped me to win for two months the best executive award, being recognized by the CEO of the company. Thanks to past volunteering experiences, I learned to never give up when the tasks are difficult, which is the reason why I could always worked in a efficient way under pressure. I am very grateful for this experience with the Banco Bice family.
Main tasks: Carry out a consulting project with the support of Adolfo Ibáñez University and ELLUS Chile, in which a complete Strategic Management analysis was carried out on the company, accompanied by recommendations for the same. Skills: team work, data analysis, critical thinking, interact with clients. Acknowledgment: grade with 6/7.
My experience: This project taught me to correlate data on organizational culture, business administration and its results. The most important thing was to maintain effective communication with the client and with my teamwork. The key was to maintain a constant level of multitasking, as many aspects of the company were tackled in the analysis.
Main tasks: Carry out a consulting project with the support of Adolfo Ibáñez University and Grünenthal Chile, in which a complete analysis about Human Resources and Organizational culture was carried out on the company, accompanied by recommendations for the same. Skills: data analysis, surveying with interviews, teamwork, proactivity. Acknowledgment: grade of 6,5/7.
My experience: this project demanded to manage time and the tasks among the team. Developing the surveys, interviewing the clients and making a complete cultural analysis of the company was a very motivating and challenging experience. My teamwork skills helped me to generate a comfortable atmosphere with my team, which made the experience even more pleasant.
