• preparation of customer solutions (optics, IP, microwave) • development of winning strategies • customer business cases (covering OPEX, CAPEX, and business value of a proposal) • solution and business case presentations to customer (ability to present a solution to working and mid level management, ability to convince customer about the solution, understanding of the customers' business issues) • offer management (technical and commercial offer strategy, coordination of offer preparation, offer lifecycle process, management summaries, etc.) • proactive development of new opportunities and solutions
