With extensive real estate experience ranging from condos to investment properties, Patrick Finney serves as the managing broker of FINN Real Estate, which he founded in 2012. Since bwginning in real estate in Denver, Colorado, Patrick Finney has sold more than $250 million worth of real estate and satisfied over 750 clients across the metro area.
Prior to founding FINN Real Estate, Patrick Finney operated a franchise of 8z Real Estate in Cherry Creek, Denver, for two years. He also obtained an GRI/MA from the Graduate Realtor Institute at Kaplan. Previously, he worked with RE/MAX Alliance as a broker associate and then as co-owner of RE/MAX Cherry Creek. His past experience includes serving as service sales manager at KONE, Inc, a construction company in the Denver area.
Patrick Finney holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in business and marketing from Iowa State University where he graduated cum laude. In his leisure time, he enjoys attending real estate seminars, hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time with his two daughters - Cora and June, and his wife Sara.
