• Retrieve the project initial scoping (vision, objectives, clients and requirements formalization)
• Defines the project governance along with Business and IT team
• Work along with internal architecture teams to define and validate a functional & technical architecture in line with BP2S target
• Manage the IT team selection and contractualization if required
• Define the roadmap of the project identifying key milestones and dependencies with Business, Operationals and IT Teams
