Led the FIO project initial scoping through a validation committee including business and technical stakeholders of the organization
Managed the development team selection and the squad launch through a one week seminar giving context to all actors (context, objectives, functional & technical requirements)
Ensured the project progress within the Squad based on Agile methodology: participated actively to the refinement, product architecture definition, sprint demo to clients, test strategy definition
Worked closely with internal teams (legal, compliance, data protection, operational process experts) to ensure all business aspects consideration
Participated to the product definition, position, strategy and excubation preparation
Best-in-breed client-facing platform for institutionals dedicated to derivatives investment
Available in 31 countries, 3000 users (600 external clients)
