- Managed the Louisville Data Center Exit program where over 1,000+ servers, appliances and hardware had to be re-located to the company’s strategic data centers saving the company $5 million
- Met the overall program goals and objectives by managing infrastructure projects and sub-projects of differing sizes including large Global, Pan-Region and country -specific based projects covering user communities in multiple countries
- Successfully managed the company-wide initiative of removing every single server off Windows 2000 operating system and onto the standard operating system
- Lead the global initiative of re-locating the Melbourne data center to a new state-of-the-art strategic data center facility
- Managing the global initiative of getting every single of ~1,500 Windows 2003 servers off of the Windows 2003 operating system and onto the industry standard
- Developed SharePoint site for reporting and metrics which are submitted to the CIO and the leadership team
- Deployed a private cloud for the lines of businesses
- Reduced the hardware footprint to a 80% Virtual & 20% Physical hardware globally
