I am assisting the Brand Manager who oversees PU-foam category. The relevant brands in portfolio for this category are: Pattex, Loctite, UniBond, Makroflex, Rubson, Ceresit. The project streams I am currently following concern (1) launch of two new products, (2) raw materials insourcing, (3) supplier switch and (4) packaging innovation.
As member of a team of 4 CEMS students, I have completed a Gender Diversity assessment at Henkel's R&D facility in Tallaght (Dublin). We have followed up to the assessment with the design of a roadmap to tackle any relevant issue emerged. Finally, we have discussed our findings and recommendations with the senior management of the site.
I spent Summer 2017 supporting the Milan office of Accenture as an intern. My team has been consulting leading CPG firms looking for business solutions to improve their RTM. We have been focusing on helping our clients leverage the digital revolution to (1) find new routes to end users, (2) improve the quality of the interaction between CPG firms and retailers.
I spent Summer 2016 working as Research Assistant at CERGAS Bocconi. The research activity has been focused on (1) the study of the interaction occurring between media and Healthcare spending, (2) innovation in Social Care policies.
