• Responsible for payroll tasks such as annual leave, redundancy liquidation and wages. • Perform compliance requirements for Social Security organism and Central Bank regarding staff commencing and ending employment. • Responsible for withholding tax payment. • Monthly report on Medium Salary Index. • Taxes Statutory Declaration. • Research employee benefit, health, safety practices and recommend changes or modifications to existing policies. • Staff training & Induction on Uruguayan labour law and regulations. • In cooperation with accounting, perform balance analysis of the payroll accounts which will be used for reporting on their monthly closure. • Active participant in annual budgeting cycle for payroll module. • Responsible for employee’s cost compliance report to Central Bank of Uruguay. • Drafting of job description. • Customer advice about labour regulations and related topics. • Developing of performance indicators such as employee turnover and absenteeism among others. • Member of internal auditor team of SIG (integrated management system) ISO 9001:2008 y 9001:2015 & HR process. • Internal communication team member.
