- Manages and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes
associated to the product development initiatives - Identifies trending gaps or issues in day-to-day performance of all website applications
and components hosted by Yoga Alliance and third party vendors including by active
monitoring, alert management, reporting, and process reviews - Assigns and monitors work of technical personnel, ensuring that application
development and deployment is done in the best possible way, and implements quality
control and review systems throughout the development and deployment processes - Run project readiness and ensure tight action follow up with country manager to tracks progress and readiness maturity index (+ 18 projects ) .
- Monitoring of gross margin , modeling P&L through relevant business models in order to ensure appropriate actions are taken if KPIs are not meeting the target (+15 KPIs).
- Analyze unit performance , cost follow-up and drive improvement when needed for (+ 17 Country Managers ).
- Build relevant decision support tools through reporting system to the related business activities that develop capability on business guideline optimization with risk assessment.
- Track plan execution to review plans against achievements and compliances to ensure required mitigation action are taken and apply penalties in case of deviations for 41 Suppliers ( + 90 k€ as credit note ) .
- Responsible for data collection and process modeling that supporting continuous improvement initiatives .
- Run monthly plan and weekly reporting to ensure required visibility and transparency on business unit of ( + 32 ongoing projects ) .
- Create, prepare and implement data-driven decision-making strategy to ensure delivery excellence and improve global performance .
- Performs enabling sessions for tools utilization , conduct skill assessment to implement new features, networks elements for all new joined users and team leaders (+ 540 attendees around EMEA regions).
- Lead and ensure change management towards tools and process adherence for total digital transformation ( Remote activities , Workflow , Video Training , UX / UI ).
- Performs tools testing , capacity forecast and suggest improvements to the related processes.
- Facilitates process automation and analytics and maximises efficiency through automation, innovative new approaches / processes .

related) by querying providers and providing evaluations of each solution include ROI
