My mission is to manage several customer accounts which are OEM suppliers like: ZF-TRW, Continental, Autoliv, Valeo, Johnson Control and Faurecia in all aspects of quality and continuous improvement in order to ensure: customer satisfaction and a high level of quality performance for all products, my main tasks are:
Analyzing customer specific quality requirements and ensure their implementation
Defining the customer related goals and monitoring its achievement
Leading customer quality issues to closure, by gathering appropriate teams and problem solving tools: 8D,FTA-PDCA.
Leading and ensuring customer audits
Reviewing PFMEAs, Control Plans and improving them
Working closely with the Launch Department to perform Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new product launches and Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) for product and/or process changes.
My mission was to manage the quality team in order to ensure the following tasks:
Implementation of a quality management system (QMS) in accordance with the standard ISO TS 16949/ISO9001 customer’s specific requirements, legal and regulatory requirements.
Ensuring the respect of commitment to quality targets: customers PPM, internal PPM and deadline compliance.
Management of internal and external audits: QMS audits, manufacturing process audits and products audits
Monitor compliance of products and manufacturing processes with SPC tool (statical Process Control)
