  • Creation of Human Resources procedures in different countries, focused in the interrelation between employee and employer, creating a better accessibility for both parties. Opening of bases in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Beijing and Brussels, after managing work permits for our displaced employees, through the respective embassies and consulates, documenting requests and performing proactive monitoring of the process of obtaining permission to work in these countries. The incoming queries quantity from employees decreased a 71%.
  • Implementation of a strategic marketing plan focused on improving internet sales, redesigning the website, making it more attractive and dynamic, increasing visits by this change through indirect methods, which led to triple the volume of sales over the previous year (291%).
  • Contribution of new tools in the processing of claims, assuming an improvement in customer care and reduced monthly costs to the company, saving almost a 40% in compensations.
