Developing innovative strategies to strengthen the effectiveness and quality of service provision in areas of assigned responsibilities.
Proactively and efficiently managing the implementation of project activities within states of assignment.
Participate in development, management and review of program activities in state of responsibility.
Monitoring and evaluating progress of initiatives in areas of responsibility. This involves undertaken periodic visits to program sites within the selected L.G.A and wards in the state.
Achieving and maintaining an effective and efficient level of communication on Malaria, Tuberculosis, HIV & AIDS with program teams and stakeholders in the state.
Performing other duties as required by the ATM (AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria) state coordinating committee consistent with the program objectives as we work in an ever changing and dynamic environment
