Come up with suggestions to enhance the destination event’s success and work on 3 years plan
Prepare yearly and individual budgets for the whole calendar
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers and events budget.
Coordinate all operations between different internal departments including ( security, hotels, operations, Marketing, etc.)
Lead promotional activities for the event
Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
Approve all aspects before the day of the event
Ensure that all events are done within our guidelines and with minimal problems.
Analyze the event’s success and prepare after event reports
Ensure smooth operations process to the whole event cycle.
