I am responsible about 6 Machines of plastic Production to maintenance them
Maintenance Diaphragm and Centrifugal pumps
Knowing a maintenance reciprocating compressor
Writing daily and monthly reports about maintenance to my boss
Review the reports of previous shifts to determine the achieved tasks and the current troubleshooting needed to be solved .
Report and checkup units and machines one time minimum at the beginning of the shift
Monitor and assure implementing periodical and preventive maintenance plans at the agreed time
Supervise maintaining and recycling the used spare parts if possible to reduce the costs
Making purchasing and issuing orders signed by the section head to provide the teamwork with all needed tools and spare parts
Coordinating the workflow with the workshop section head as job needs within working orders
Supervise and assure solving all the daily and sudden troubleshooting to minimize the downtime which could affect negatively on the production process
