In my opinion, the key to success for most companies and international institutions is to engage a passionate and responsible manager with two sophisticated qualifications: having an understanding of effective and sustainable management and being aware of global challenges like climate and demographic change. I am currently enriching my Master's degree in International Affairs with the CEMS MIM programme to develop that differentiated skill set. In my IA Master's degree I learn about the dynamic interactions among global players to solve pressing issues while as a CEMS MIM student, I do not only immerge further into strategic management and global leadership, but also develop myself personally. I want to keep growing and continuously learning by sharing experiences with people from different backgrounds within diverse international communities.
