My name is Sofia, I am Peruvian and I have recently completed my MSc MiM/CEMS studies. I enjoy working in teams and I consider myself as a positive and energetic person who likes to help others. Led a team of 5 members working on the national Project “Educa Valorando”, which aims to develop critical thinking and to encourage values in young people through creative workshops
Developed the Objective, Work Flow and KPIs of the project
Developed a Sales Strategy to seek for sponsorships & established 2 agreements with schools in Lima to execute the 8 weeks project
Contacted and integrated 8 trainees from countries such as Argentina, Brazil, China and Mexico
