During the company phase of the programme I was responsible for the production controlling of three product classes performing following tasks:
Annual business planning
Monitoring the annual actuals to plan performance
Creating current forecasts
Preparing investment evaluations and analysis
As part of the company phase I made a second station at the central department of Financial Treasury for two months at Bosch HQ where I prepared quarterly reports on asset performance and developed an optimised tool for monthly reporting with Excel VBA
