· Leads managers and team to achieve store distribution, margin, accessory, attachment, services and customer insight goals and control stock loss.
· Utilises P&L, scorecards, and customer insight data to analyse business results and to leverage processes to address shortfalls and take advantage of opportunities.
· Monitors product sales, margin, warranty, accessory, sales and develops action plans to improve performance
· Monitors sales figures, labour, and customer service and adjusts staff as needed
· Coaches and supports store leaders to focus on selling strategies, executes company strategies, and provides excellent customer service
· Ensures employees are fully trained, all applicable training is completed and new skills are applied on the job
