I am an internationally-oriented business student with past experience in the banking sector, with an interest in working in a challenging and dynamic business environment. In my free time, I am actively involved with the Aalto Debating Society Board, and arrange weekly debates and workshops, as well as co-convening Helsinki Open 2019.
Factoring involves working with confidential invoices requiring a high level of responsibility and accountability.
Full-time work with administrative tasks relating to the Factoring financial product, required daily problem solving and trouble-shooting capabilities.
Occasional contact with corporate clients was conducted mainly by telephone or email to solve issues and required a professional demeanor and communication skills.
Full-time work with administrative tasks relating to Letters of Credit, a financial product enabling international trade between Finnish and international customers.
Working with Letters of Credit requires a high level of responsibility and confidentiality as it concerns corporate clients and international trade deals.
Main tasks related to data input and processing and required accuracy and timeliness.
Co-operation with team members was key to success, requiring accountability and efficiency.
Responsibilities included customer service and administrative duties in the library, such as ordering books from other libraries, helping find specific books, and loaning out books, iPads and other library materials for customers.
I was independently responsible for opening and closing the library.
Library customers were largely university students, but additionally professors and members of the public.
