- Responsible for business targets set for the large enterprise segment within the assigned regions (Italy, UK & RoW);
- Consulting top European companies on projects related to the area of cross-border e-Commerce and customer feedback management;
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the market share in Italy and in the UK (partnerships, events, product fit analysis, pricing);
- Establishing relationships with top decision makers and C-level executives in order to develop new sales opportunities;
- Collaborate with potential customers in order to build strong business cases (problem definition, solution proposal, ROI);
- Manage a portfolio of existing international customers in order to ensure customer retention, optimise product usage and get referrals;
- Jun-Aug 2015: Coordinate a project to create the Account Management structure (KPIs, product usage metrics, customer satisfaction surveys) within the International Markets department.
