As the Account Executive responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for Italy, and thereafter for further developing Trusted Shops‘ presence in Europe, I am a competent Business Developer and Sales Manager able to take a company view when analysing opportunities and risks. Having been at the front line and responsible for ambitious business targets for over four years, I have become accustomed to dealing with challenges and pressure situations in my stride, approaching all tasks with a positive and proactive attitude. Responsible for business targets set for the large enterprise segment within the assigned regions (Italy, UK & RoW);
Consulting top European companies on projects related to the area of cross-border e-Commerce and customer feedback management;
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the market share in Italy and in the UK (partnerships, events, product fit analysis, pricing);
Establishing relationships with top decision makers and C-level executives in order to develop new sales opportunities;
Collaborate with potential customers in order to build strong business cases (problem definition, solution proposal, ROI);
Manage a portfolio of existing international customers in order to ensure customer retention, optimise product usage and get referrals;
Jun-Aug 2015: Coordinate a project to create the Account Management structure (KPIs, product usage metrics, customer satisfaction surveys) within the International Markets department.
