As the Account Executive responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for Italy, and thereafter for further developing Trusted Shops‘ presence in Europe, I am a competent Business Developer and Sales Manager able to take a company view when analysing opportunities and risks. Having been at the front line and responsible for ambitious business targets for over four years, I have become accustomed to dealing with challenges and pressure situations in my stride, approaching all tasks with a positive and proactive attitude. Collecting and organising internal/external data to determine market attractiveness (NL,IT & BE) and the competitive landscape;
Localisation of the Italian, Dutch and Belgium websites and operations (customer service, sales, finance, and so on);
Project management activities: planning phase (scope and roadmap definition), execution (translation activities supervision and weekly meetings to ensure deliverables achieved within the due timeframe) and final roll-out in the new countries.
