As the Account Executive responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for Italy, and thereafter for further developing Trusted Shops‘ presence in Europe, I am a competent Business Developer and Sales Manager able to take a company view when analysing opportunities and risks. Having been at the front line and responsible for ambitious business targets for over four years, I have become accustomed to dealing with challenges and pressure situations in my stride, approaching all tasks with a positive and proactive attitude. I am constantly looking for new challenges and responsibilities, as well as to challenge my "comfort zone".
Achieving the revenue targets in the market through direct sales activities conducted via e-mail, phone calls and face to face meetings. Reporting directly to the Executive Director International Markets;
Acquire agencies for the Partner Programme in order to drive indirect sales and promote the product in the market;
Supervising and coordinating the teams involved in the business development of the Italian market (marketing, product management, legal & audit, and finance);
Planning and execution of training activities for Italian and Spanish members of the Account Management team;
Create visibility for the Trusted Shops brand in the market, establish relationships with local media and provide them with relevant content.
