  • I've worked 80% remotely for the last 4 years quite successfully, I have a very high experience on remote working (what works and what does not, meaning I know when we should organize physical meetings and when we don't need to)
  • ooz was a commercial failure because we didn't even sell it at all, I've learnt a lot from this experience working on a technically successful but commercially failing product
