Content Management on the EU call-for-proposals Participant Portal, for the submission and evaluation of European research and innovation projects (eFP7/Horizon 2020)

Project Administrator (PMM4EP): Restructuring of systems and translation tools in order to converge to a homogeneous portfolio (3 main categories: CAT Tools/Search & Terminology/Document Processing) / digitalization and optimization of the translation workflow for the 23 official language units of the European Parliament
Communication: Graphic and audiovisual enhancement of the services offered by the team to the other directorates of the European Parliament (leaflets and videos in EN/FR)
Operational management of the communication plan implementation for Fastweb monobrand stores
Launch of creativity sessions and steering of the project for the new graphic version of the sales website
Management of new contents / services to be launched on the sales website
Audit and overall steering of the project for the automated acquisition/management of sale structures and remuneration of staff (4 main areas: processes and document management , Dealers/Agencies, system integration, legal and regulatory affairs)
