Ensure applications achieve maximum uptime, availability and performance
Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues • Working with internal J2EE/JavaScript/HTML5/node.js applications in Cloud environment
Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively
Document incidents accurately and within required time frames
Raise and track issues with applications, infrastructure and databases up to and including resolution
Software deployment support
Maintain good professional relationships with counterparts in engineering and customer support departments
Script solutions to automate tasks within all teams (all scripts written in Ruby using multiples gems)
Automated raise of commented tickets in case of incident on certain applications (Ruby/Jira + applications)
Create monitoring solutions for applications, pages (Ruby/Sinatra/sensu)
Create interfaces to simplify deployments, building scripts or specific downloads for third-parties (Ruby/Sinatra)
Send daily automated e-mails with information parsed from different sources (Jira, webpages, databases, etc)
Troubleshoot through investigation and resolution production incidents.
Communicate system, service and/or process anomalies.
Act as a focal point for communication of incidents and other issues that are detected within our Systems.
Analyze incidents and service requests, which entail recording symptoms, performing analysis, resolution and other information relevant to resolving the incidents and service requests.
Create detailed instructions to support operation and maintenance of environment configurations, support processes and incident resolutions.
