As an osteopath with additional education in wellness methodologies, Nathanael Enns draws on diverse experience and training in the care of athletes. He has completed close to 3,000 hours of training in specialized osteopathic manual training, as well as 115 clinical hours and 67 outreach hours in specialized work with conditions ranging from scoliosis to migraine. Furthermore, to prepare for the care of individuals with high-intensity physical roles, Nathanael Enns completed athlete-focused training with the University of Waterloo's varsity teams.

Nathanael Enns began working in physical conditioning as a combat service support professional with the United States Marine Corps, through which he certified as a military functional fitness instructor. He completed his three-year diploma in mentorship and management with the Marine Corps Institute in the same year, having received a certificate in nutrition the previous year.

Nathanael Enns went on to earn an additional diploma from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, after which he completed a bachelor of science in osteopathy from the National University of Medical Sciences in Spain. He is currently pursuing a diploma of osteopathy manual practitioner (DOMP) from the Canadian College of Osteopathy, while concurrently in service as the founding director of the Hope Through Fitness clinic in Waterloo, Ontario.
