I studied fashion design and later specialized in visual merchandising. I have outstanding experience in the commercial area with emphasis on visual display, proposals and development of exhibitions in stores, as well as supervision in the assembly of new collections and stores. I also have worked in personnel management and training in exhibition and proposal of outfits to achieve cross sales.
I have strengths to analyze and diagnose the needs of consumers, as well as to design and implement tactical and strategic plans in stores. I’m a result oriented person and have the ability of making timely decisions. I’m creative, responsible, dynamic, committed, with a constant interest to learn. I have excellent leadership skills being able to train, coach and encourage teamwork to achieve high performance results.
