About Me
I have two passions in life: food. I love good food, and I love understanding how it's grown, meeting farmers, learning how to grow myself. And collaborative economy: how do we invent new economic models to foster collaboration among people, rebuild a new sense of community, share and mutualize assets, empower people, distribute power in our society?
I combine those two passions through 2 involvments: OuiShare, a think tank on collaborative economy, and Open Food Network, an open source web-infrastructure aiming at decentralizing the food system and empowering people to help them build the food system they want.
I also share my passion, knowledge and experience through training and consulting activities.
