MIS Phase II - AXA Insurance - Dubai: Revamping the current architecture of MIS application on Microsoft BI stack and delivered 200 KPI , 8 analytical cubes and 50 reports deployed on sharepoint portal.
MPR Automation -Al Rajhi Bank - KSA: Monthly reporting process (MPR) was automated using OBIEE and OWB which are generated for CFO integrating the data from desperate sources and OFSAA.
Performance Management - Oman Oil Company - Oman: Delivered dashboards on Microsoft BI stack for assets owned by Oman Oil company to monitor assets performance, market performance and financial performance. Reports provided by the investee companies are the only source of data and a data mart was developed to read from these reports and capture relevant data for reporting.
Planning & Budgeting Implementation -Central Bank of Oman - Oman: Built a budgeting and forecasting system with a bottom up approach replacing the traditional process for Top down budgeting done on spread sheets. CBO had Oracle financials and since Oracle has discontinued support for EPB, Hyperion planning was used for the implementation.
