Managedand delivered project to implement solutions for selling DHA -Essential Benefit Plan through an Health Care Management Origination(HMO) agreements which involved re-categorising the healthcare provider networks and automating rules for validation and control with flexibility to have different HMO networks and rates.
Managed the evolution and re-engineering of E-payments process and system automation for settling claims payments through a digital, direct payment channels.
