  • A trading company named "Pearl Plaza" which deals with China product like Torch, LED light, cutlery material etc. I have been worked here for 6 years.
  • When worked in China for Pearl Plaza for one year as a Business Development executive. Involved in every work that related to management and operations. In India for Pearl Plaza, managed & maintained their sales & marketing in the market by loyalty, hard working, market research, market analyst by best customer & client analysis.
  • Worked in social media site Alibaba.com, Hi-supplier etc for analysis of new manufacturer factory. Research of new product is benefit compare to competitor. For expanding of business daily calling/ communicate with led light (Torch) manufacturers in China for existing and upcoming product. If inquiry generated through manufacturers, take quotation of product, quantity & price invoice list for ahead procedures. If final then book the material for import in India.
  • All the work which was allotted, starting from sales & marketing till making clients were taken care by me, for example product's buying & selling list were have to prepare in detail form.
  • Product which comes from China are being taken care of it's price list which is fixed from China and also the list prepared by director are being look after with proper care.
  • In market, the customer, those who already using the product and also to those who are going to consume the product, so that customer will be explained the company's detail, introduction and also new upcoming products.
  • The quotation, which are prepared for a product are being demanded from manufacturer company in China, by having talk with that company's managers.
  • As conversing with director about the product explanation and also doing some sort of changes in price accordingly.
  • For goods import, in search of new container agent are looked up.
  • Studying about competitors through internet about the product and comparing the features, price after that explaining the proper points to its director and containing these procedure in better way.
  • Observing the services which the customer gets after the order placed like the product being reached on time.
  • Solving problem related to product lack and also issue related to delivery of product to respective client.
  • Conversing with 10 manufacturer co. together and also asking for quotation and price list and sending these details to director, these all being at a time by me, through alibaba trade manager.
