- India's best pathology lab named "Metropolis Lab Pvt Ltd" where all test are conducted deeply as DNA test, real time PCR, Qiasymphony, blood test, and also along with it research work also done properly.
- I here have been worked as a trainee and observer ship under Senior Scientific Officer and joint on temporary bases.
- I also had observed various techniques of molecular biology, like Taqman, Qiasymphony, GeneXpert, real time PCR, DNA extraction etc.
- Within these 3 months, I also worked in taking several test TB test, TB slide preparation, gel preparation, GeneXpert, through these I use to conduct test daily with 24 samples of GeneXpert with result and finish it off properly.
- All the results are shown to senior scientific officer for preparing further the report.
- Has also prepared patient's TB slide and checked further in microscope for further procedure in detail.
- Successfully completed Genexpert test with 32 patient sample in 4 hrs including gel preparation and TB slide preparation with microscopic result.
- I proved that i had done all the technique properly observe and properly trained on techniques.
