1- Project Manger of the new Corporate Identity where I was involved from drafting the legal contract with the designing agencies through the logo and its applications designs selections to registering the new identity at the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and finally implementing the new corporate identity.
2- Managing the Corporate Documentary Film project (approving the scripts, supervising interviews with VIP officials from Saudi Ministry of Petroleum and shareholders until film production delivery).
3- Crafted and implemented the Corporate Communications Standards which was approved by shareholders and company CEO.
4- Planned and executed the Corporate Social Responsibility programs for instance; Environment Awareness Campaign, Young Engineers Program and Traffic Awareness Campaign.
5- Was responsible, along with other committee members, for reviewing and redesigning the Company Code of Conduct and overseeing the employees’ compliance.
I worked in the new (at that time) King Abdullah's initiative for young Saudis to study abroad, initiative was named "king Abdullah Scholarship Program" witch targeted thousands of Saudis knowledge seekers.
My tasks included:
1- Being the focal point between the Scholarships Applicants and Scholarship Program Executives.
2- Following-up with the applicants to complete their documents up to the program requirements.
3- Communicating miner and major announcement to program applicants.
4- Coordinating with other Ministry's departments in wide range of hierarchy to facilitate the communication process and to enhance the program productivity.
Volunteering to help Saudi Students with providing academic consultations and to better understand wide range of academic issues that are of within my capacity or by referring to experts.
Worked with the English Language Institute at the University of Alabama at Birmingham to assist Arabic speaking students.
I assisted to welcome the recently arrived Saudis to the city and particularly to the English program and helped to explain some of the necessary information regarding the city, institute and university in general during the orientation sessions and throughout the whole semester in a weekly basis.
