Closed laboratory due to need for resolving pending for all sample drawn that day.
Difficulties with Tech hired to assist calling management "Lesbian" / "Dyke". Expressed discomfort with her language to management 2 wks prior to schedule telephone meeting. Assured would be addressed at next meeting.
