This expansion in the work to pay the company to look at its plant space offers 7,000 m^2, so they began expanding new area of 3000 m^2 in addition to the run pipe factory and the profiles in a given area 4000 m^2.
Setting maintenanace planning (building Action plan ,Work Break down Structure (WBS) , Networking analysis (Ms project) , Linear responsiblility Chart for the individuals and tasks (RACI Matrix) and Risk management plan (FEMA sheets) .
Using Quality Function Deployment tool to meet customers satisfaction,Designing creative product that meet the customers requirements and Quality assurance
Ensures the Site Safety and Health Plan is prepared and implemented:the general safety requirements for work in high places , the installation of side protections , the use of safety belts during the work on the parties were identified and the safety requirements for cleaning the workplace were identified .
preparing reports related to HSE and maintains awareness of active and developing situations .
