Mouctar manages various sites and business with different technical and commercial situations requiring skills in management and engineering (Mechanical & Electrical). Furthermore, Mouctar is certified for OLE (Operations Leadership Excellence).
He is TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Champion that he can successfully implement in the Company in order to get a good OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and ROCE (Return On Capital Employed) with interesting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators); then make decisions. Mastering and coaching staff on industrial processes such as KAIZEN, DMAIC, 5S, CTQ (Critical To Quality) along with all Lean Management Six Sigma Processus.
He organises and leads KAIZEN's and DMAIC's events on mechanical and electrical components to reduce project cost and aware team on components' failure's causes, then suggest solutions. He also trains staff using "skill matrix".
