• Follow up E&I Construction Activities for North East BAB Phase -1 Development ADCO Project, The Project including Installation of New facilities (Central Processing Plant) to handle Oil, Gas and Water production from AL DABBIYA Field. Water and Gas Injection facilities to provide pressure support and enhanced Oil Recovery.
• Follow Instrumentation activities such as Instruments, equipments installation in a different Plant areas as per on the Company Standards Engineering Documents.
• Technical Support, Coordination, Inspection and Testing of DCS/ESD/PLC as a Project Scope (Honeywell/Foxboro/Allen BRADLEY/TRICONEX etc.)
• To witness Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities to ensure that the equipment / systems
• Supervise Electrical & Instrumentation activities of the remote Wells, Clusters located at a remote distant through desert which includes Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of HCU , RTU , PAGA , SDH ,FO system.
• Installation and the Operation of major Electrical equipment such as switchgears, MCC, generators, Electrical motors, transformers, etc on the Clusters areas.
• Supervision, testing and commissioning of Pressure / Temperature, Flow Transmitters/ switches, (Rosemount/Foxboro/FCI/MAGNETROL) Control Valves, ESD valves etc (Tyco/Fisher/Flowserve/SPA) etc.
• Conducting offshore survey / site survey and preparation of subsequent offshore / site survey report.
• Involved in all major revamping/modification jobs carried out during that period, from conceptual to implementation phase.
• Involved in generating deliverables like Instrument Specifications, Wiring diagrams, Loop diagrams, Hook ups with BOM, updating the Instrument Index etc.
• Prepare the commissioning procedures for Oil & Gas EPC works.
