Monitor the contract fulfillment E2E (PO issue, manufacture, transportation, customs clearance and warehousing); pre-alert the risk in advance and find the supply solution
Support the project arrange the shipment plan to save time and cost.
Prepare the shipping documents correctly and on time.
Organize the meeting for supply issue, meet with customer side to satisfied supply business
Responsible for imported shipments from origin, until receiving it in our warehouses Including legalization from embassy and commercial chamber, getting shipping quotations ,Preparing bank docs, following up daily clearance processes, getting approvals from ministry of health .
Serve as mediator between the EG customs Authorities and the customers to ensure smooth Customs clearance process, by obtaining the documents needed for clearance.
Responsible for reservation training halls, consistent with trainers for our human development courses, addressed problems with customers to promote quick and successful solution.
